As a graduate of the ASPIRING National Leaders Programme, you are invited to continue your personal and professional development learning journey by enrolling for the Aspiring HONOURS Programme 2023. This programme offers the opportunity to build on the learning and to explore further the specific leadership skills, knowledge and demands unique to principalship. Successful completion of Aspiring NLP is a prerequisite for enrolment in the Honours programme.    

 

Several elements of the course structure are similar to the Aspiring NLP programme; continuing research components, networking, well-being and Kaiarahi support. There will be two PLG days, online learning and networking, and contact with a Kaiarahi/mentor. The highly interactive online forum will also continue, as a vehicle to share the journey with like-minded educational leaders across the country. Participant-generated korero will also build on the existing skills and experience within the group. In addition, there will be a longitudinal research component based on an identified school leadership need.

 

Course Content:

• Two National PLG's  - Term One and *Term Three (combined leadership PLG/Hui)

• 8 e-modules (two per term) on the Honours Forum

• Three Professional Readings (provided)

• In-school Research project

• Kaiarahi Virtual Visits (option to visit certain delegates if required) 

• Access to our Wellbeing Kaiarahi

 

Cost: Early-bird: $2497 + GST per person prior to 1st December 2022. Full price: $2997 after 1st December.

Refund policy: Once your deposit has been received your position on Aspiring Honours NLP has been secured. We are unable to refund either the deposit or remove the obligation to make the final payment. We are able to transfer your registration to another delegate who qualifies within your kura before 31st January 2023.
