Which Leadership Programme is for you?
If you are a teacher with a leadership aspiration, this is the programme for you. The programme will dive into the interpersonal aspect of understanding who you are as a leader. The Emerging NLP will enable you to confidently lead from the middle as an effective educational leader.
If you have received a promotion to a Team Leader, Deputy or Assistant Principal, the Aspiring NLP is for you. You will be equipped to propel from a good manager to a great senior leader, or even Principal. The programme encompasses a customised leadership development plan based around your leadership goals and aspirations.
Graduates of the Aspiring NLP can join us for a second year as an Honours delegate. The Aspiring Honours NLP offers the opportunity to build on the learning and to explore further the specific leadership skills, knowledge and demands unique to principalship.
The Executive NLP is typically for Principal's with 5 years + experience. A large focus of the course is based around networking at two leadership retreats throughout the year.
Based overseas? The Australian Educational Leadership Programme is for educators in a leadership position. Online PLGs, digital meetings and engaging forums ensures that you too will be equipped to propel from a good manager to a great senior leader, or even Principal.
