COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS are one of the most challenging areas that effective leaders need to master. This one-day workshop is inspired by the work and research of Dr Brenē Brown and is designed to empower and equip teachers and educational leaders with the necessary skills, strategies and confidence to safely and effectively have COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS.

Underpinning this practical workshop is the research, neuroscience and emotional intelligence required to; address issues, resolve conflict and raise performance all while preserving the mana of both parties and maintaining/building relational trust.

Disagreements, misunderstandings, unmet expectations, diversity of opinions and conflict are in every school across Aotearoa, and contrary to popular belief, not all conflict is bad. Often when leaders embrace those difficult courageous conversations [with grit and grace], it's an opportunity to grow, innovate, and even strengthen relationships with your colleagues and parent community.
